Concentrated griddle, oven and fryer cleaner Kostik 4 Liters bottle by Instinct

Kostik is a highly effective concentrated cleaner for griddles, fryers and ovens. It is formulated to quickly remove baked-on carbon leaving no residue or lingering odors.

Methods of use

Griddles

Mix 1 part of Kostik cleaner with 1 part of water.

Commercial ovens

Use the Kostik cleaner directly. Do not dillute.

Fryers

1. Remove excess grease.
2. Fill with cold water up to 6 cm from the top.
3. Add 125 ml of Kostik cleaner for every gallon of water

Note

All surfaces subject to contact with food must be rinsed with drinkable water before use.
